User Data Deletion

1. What data can I request to be deleted?

Compañía Mexicana de Innovación Tecnológica S.A. de C.V., operating under the trade name AsociadosWeb, will permanently delete the following information linked to you from its CRM and internal systems upon request:

• CRM contacts: name, company, phone, WhatsApp and email address.
• Conversations and messages: WhatsApp history, web chat, emails and follow-up notes.
• Call records: logs, transcripts and recordings handled by our team or virtual assistant.
• Opportunities, quotes, tasks and sales activities linked to you.

2. How to request deletion

Send an email to admin@asociadosweb.com.mx with the subject "Personal data deletion", or message us on WhatsApp at +52 (81) 4040-3119. Please include:

• Your full name.
• The phone number or email we have on file for you.
• Which information you want deleted (everything, or only conversations, for example).

3. Identity verification

To protect your information, before deleting any data we will contact you through the same registered channel (WhatsApp or email) to confirm the request comes from you. We may ask for an additional verification detail, such as confirming a recent project or invoice.

4. Estimated response time

We process your request within a maximum of 5 business days and confirm in writing once the information has been deleted. Deletion is permanent: once executed, the history cannot be recovered.

5. Data that cannot be deleted immediately

Information subject to current tax or contractual obligations (for example issued invoices or ongoing contracts) is retained for the periods required by Mexican law and deleted once those periods end. Everything else is deleted without restriction.

6. Data received via WhatsApp / Meta

If you contacted us via WhatsApp, you may also exercise your deletion right from the WhatsApp app itself or under Meta's policies. We will delete our copy in the CRM following this procedure.
